These two women are the founder of the 7 day ‘DIYcleanse’, and a online wellness program ‘Food Freedom.’ They are passionate about supporting women to feel empowered and educated when it comes to nutrition, and your relationship with food.
Tenley and Emily offer knowledge and expertise to create gentle change, lifestyle upgrades and balance. They also have a unique ability to tap into some fun and lots of laughter when diving into big topics.
Tenley’s story began with years of pain and illness and never knowing the cause. It was when she looked at her diet and lifestyle and realized she needed to make some changes to feel well again. Her passion in nutrition fueled her to become a health coach and support others in finding the unknown cause of their years of pain and illness and guide others in learning how to take control and live a healthy life. She teaches that these life alterations are not sacrifices but create the most freeing life you can give yourself.
Emily has experience in running wellness retreats, and has created various programs in the health and wellness field, specializing in detoxification. She has taught yoga in South Africa and San Diego. She has also co-led Yoga Teacher Training Programs in Idaho. She has a B.S in Psychology, Functional Diagnostic Nutrition Practitioner and passionate about holistic wellness. She is a mom of two, and lives with her husband in Coeur d’ Alene, Idaho.

Dina is a contributing writer for online educational resource Teachasana, proudly co-led the inaugural 200-hour Teacher Training at Anthea Yoga, and serves as a mentor for new yoga teachers getting started on their path.
